Update 1/17/12 - Secret started having puppies this morning, which ended in a csection.  She had 6 puppies, only 4 survived.  The puppy are very very large.  The largest I have ever had.  One male is 2lbs.  He looks like he is a week old.  The rest are between 1lb and 1 1/2lbs.  This big would not move in the uterus which was holding things up.  Secret is doing well and all 4 puppies are nursing.  Not the way I wanted things to go today.

Update 1/22/12 - I took pictures today.  Puppies are 5 days old in the pictures.  They are doing great.  Have hug bellies.  They are getting way more food than they need.  Most importantly Secret is doing outstanding.  If not for when she jumps on the door wanting my love, and seeing her stitches I would forget she had a C-section.  She is being very active.  And doing a great job taking care of her babies.

Update 2/1/12:  Has been a long week.  Not sure what secret is trying to do me.  Keep me up at night I think.  She was determined in the beginning to have her puppies outside and she is still wanting them outside.  THANKFULLY it is so nice out.  I put them in the whelping box, she takes them back out.  Drives me insane.  I think I finally figured out what her problem is.  I first was turning off heat lamps, then lights, then music.  I for what ever reason thought to put a blanket in the whelping box.  She has left the puppies in their box now for 3 days.  So glad.  Usually my mothers shred their blankets.  But guess Secret likes her blankey.  This is definitely a first for me.  Puppies eyes are pretty much all opened now.  They also had their first worming today.

Update 2/14/12:  Things are finally easier now.  Puppies are able to go inside and outside by themselves.  So no more worrying about them getting stuck outside.  Puppies are eating great.  Growing fast.  And starting to go outside just to go potty.  These puppies are very sweet.  They are very lazy yet at this point.  Having a hard time seeing their personalities yet as they are just lazy.

Puppy Care Package:  The puppies come with this puppy care package.  This consists of 2 non skid bowls, one toy, one chew bone, collar, and Doctors Foster & Smith magazine.  All these products vary depending what is in stock.

The Puppy Price:  I am asking $700 for the puppies.  Included in this price is:   AKC limited registration papers,  a 2 year genetic health guarantee, current vaccinations,  and a complete shot record.  Each puppy is handled daily from the time they were born.  They are raised by our family with children and shown the love and attention a puppy needs.  The puppies had their dew claws removed at 3 days old by a vet, at which time they have their first of two check-ups.

Microchip is available for  an additional $35
